This project comprised a series of four remote unmoderated studies to determine the usability of a website. In this case, DSW's website on a mobile device was accessed.
Participants were given a link to UserZoom which then prompted each participant through 6 tasks. Each session's video was then analyzed to detect patterns and gather insights.
